This video talks about Michael Dell’s company OTA Broadcasting LLC and what it did to over a dozen OTA TV stations. There were likely layoff with these TV stations going off the air. Although the company is no longer around you can read about them online. Their whole purpose was to make a profit by selling TV stations in the FCC’s incentive auction. The FCC says that the airwaves belong to the public. If that’s the case then why are they being sold for profit by a multi billion dollar company?
